Is your company licensed and insured?

We know how important it is for our customers to feel confident in their choice of moving companies. To help provide you with the peace of mind you need and the protection desired during a move, we are fully licensed and insured. If you would like to see our insurance information, we ask that you please call our team for help.

Can you transport my dogs in your moving truck?

No. Our movers will be unable to transport your pets in our moving truck. This is for a couple of reasons. First, it is not safe for your pets to be inside of the back of the truck, especially since they may slide around and cannot be safely placed inside. Secondly, it can get hot in the back of the truck, which means it is unsafe for them.

We ask that you please find an alternative means to transport your pets to your new location. In addition, there are other items we cannot take with us in the moving truck and we will provide you with a list of these items when you hire our company.

Can you move a large glass aquarium?

Yes. Our movers are skilled in lifting and moving some of the heaviest items in Keansburg. We do ask that you remove all fish from the tank and place them in a safe container for transport. You will also need to empty any water that is in the tank, as it cannot be moved when full. Our team will take the steps necessary to wrap and protect the glass and place it securely in the moving truck for the move.

What happens if one of my items breaks during the move?

We take these types of instances seriously. Keansburg Moving Companies is fully insured, so you have nothing to worry about. We have not had a single customer complaint in the last 4 years and broken items are not our specialty. In fact, our specialty is to move all of your items as safely as possible.
